SUI JIANGUO | Artist's CV

Born in 1956 and graduated from the Central Academy of Fine Arts (CAFA) in Beijing, Sui Jianguo is currently living and working in Beijing. Sui Jianguo is a versatile sculptor also working with video, installation and performance. Sui Jianguo is best known for his Mao jackets, which embody the fall of the communist regime, and for his "Made in China" red dinosaurs, which reflect the new consumer culture of China.
